This National Day, Sol & Luna celebrates Singapore the way it knows best: at the table where cultures meet and the fire stays lit.

Inspired by the rich flavours of home, our National Day specials bring together two vibrant culinary traditions. Rendang—slow-simmered until every spice runs deep—meets the Latin-Mediterranean soul of Patatas Bravas. Fragrant lemongrass, galangal and toasted coconut come together with crisp potatoes and smoky bravas, creating a celebration of fire, spice and sunshine.
