As the Madrid Circuit returns this year, Sol & Luna celebrates the spirit of Spain’s capital with two exclusive race-week dishes, bringing the city’s bold character and culinary heritage to our Latin-European table.

From fast-seared Ibérico Secreto with silky potato purée, Pedro Ximénez reduction and garlic-paprika migas, to slow-braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks with rich sofrito and roasted vegetables, each dish offers its own taste of Madrid.
